A number is 42,300 when multiplied by 10. find the product of this number and 500.

A number multiplied by 10 will just have a zero added onto the end of it.
For example: 4x10=40
5x10=50
10x10=100

So, in this case 4,230 would be multiplied by 10 to get 42,300.

4,230x500= 2,115,000
