There is .2 more meat than vegetables. Fraction in simplest form= 1/5 The original fraction would be 20/100 but you can divide both the numerator and the denominator by twenty. :)

Answer:

(1)/(5)

Explanation:

We have been given the amount of different ingredients in a sandwich. We are asked to find the amount of meat is how much more than amount of vegetable.

First of all, we will convert amount of meat and amount of vegetable into fraction by dividing and multiplying by 100 as:

0.35* (100)/(100)=(35)/(100)

0.15* (100)/(100)=(15)/(100)

\text{Difference}=(35)/(100)-(15)/(100)

\text{Difference}=(35-15)/(100)

\text{Difference}=(20)/(100)

\text{Difference}=(1)/(5)

Therefore, the amount of meat is
(1)/(5) more than vegetables in the sandwich.
