Hello,

The answer to your question is No.

Mathematics:

Division: Division is splitting into equal parts or groups. It is the result of "fair sharing".

Example: There are 12 chocolates, and 3 friends want to share them, how do they divide the chocolates? Answer: They should get 4 each. This is called Division. --------->>>>> 12 ÷ 3 = 4

Difference: The result of subtracting one number from another. How much one number differs from another.

Example: The difference between 8 and 3 is 5. This is called Subtraction. --------->>>>> 8 - 3 = 5

Hope this helps!!!! :)
