1. It is said that a person needs a protein each day which is proportional to their body.
Rod weighs 165 pounds and needs 60 grams of protein per day.
To be able to know the answer we need to have the same unit of measure, so we will convert pounds to grams.
=> 1 lbs = 453.592 grams
=> 165 x 453.592 = 74842.7 grams
Thus in every 74 842.7 grams of weight needs 60 grams of protein.
Noe let’s find the protein needed by Todd
=> he weighs 220 pounds
=> 220 lbs =
=> 220 x 453.592 = 99760.3
Thus, Todd needs approximately 80 grams of proteins to be healthy.
