x - the number

(2)/(3)x-11=x+4 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |* 3 \\ 2x-33=3x+12 \\ 2x-3x=12+33 \\ -x=45 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |* (-1) \\ x=-45

The number is -45.
