According to the Renaissance Theory of Correspondences, the Mother (D) is the heart of the family.
The Theory of Correspondences was a theory developed in the Renaissance. Renaissances thinkers associated themselves with values of the ancient classical works. They dissociated themselves with the works of the Middle Ages. There were two aspects to the Theory of Correspondences - universal orderliness and universal interdependence. Every being in the universe had its place in a divinely planned hierarchical order and different segments of the chain reflected other segments of the chain. A segment of the chain could not occur without other segments of the chain of life.
