The answer is 7.
To round a number to the nearest whole number, you use the decimal before the whole number. If the decimal in the tenth place is the number 5-9, it will go up a number. If it is below 5, it will stay the same, just without the decimal.
For example:
8.9 would be rounded to 9, because 0.9 is closer to the next whole number.
8.2 would be rounded to 8, because 0.2 is closer to the current whole number.
