Well it depends on how the body features are like (fat people would have a fat head) if the person is skinny then put a skinny face. The key thing is to make sure the face kind of matches with the body. Here are some examples of skinny people.

Looking at picture of them would be the same as looking at them in person except you're just not looking at them face to face. So yeah I would say so.
