(1.2x -0.7)²

Applying the square:

(1.2x)² + 2(1.2x)(-0.7) + (-0.7)²

1.44x² - 1.68x + 0.49

where:

a = 1.44

b = -1.68

c = 0.49

Then, a - b + c = 1.44 - (-1.68) + 0.49 = 1.44 + 1.68 + 0.49 = 3.61
