Final answer:

To order the numbers 2/3, 60%, 0.65, and 4/5 from least to greatest, convert all to decimals: 2/3 (0.67), 60% (0.60), and 4/5 (0.80). Then arrange as: 60%, 0.65, 2/3, 4/5.

Step-by-step explanation:

To order the numbers 2/3, 60%, 0.65, and 4/5 from least to greatest, we need to convert them all to the same format. We can convert percentages to decimals for easier comparison. So, 60% becomes 0.60. Now we have the numbers 0.67 (2/3), 0.60 (60%), 0.65, and 0.80 (4/5). Arranging these from least to greatest, we get: 0.60, 0.65, 0.67, and 0.80.

Thus, the correct order from least to greatest is: 60%, 0.65, 2/3, and 4/5.
