Thinking about it, 5 divided by 8 is the same as 5/8. Correct?
Because you know 5 divided by 8, you can then write the decimal for 4 5/8 with ease. This is because 0.625 is 1/4 of 4 5/8, as you multiply 0.625 4 times to get 4 5/8.
