If you do 3.64 ÷ 52 you get $0.07 for the second package. The second package costs $0.0033 less per ounce than the first package.

Answer:

the other package had the lower unit price.

Explanation:

At the grocery store, Karen was comparing the unit price for two different packages of laundry detergent.

First package was $0.0733 per ounce.

The other package was $3.64 for 52 ounces.

Hence we have to calculate the unit price of other package.

=
(3.64)/(52)

= $0.07 per ounce

which is $0.0033 lower than the first package.

Therefore, the other package had the lower unit price.
