Can some help me solve this equation?

x = 10

Explanation:

4(x-2) = 32

divide both sides of the equation by 4 which gives you

x - 2 = 8

Move the constant to the right and change it's sign which gives you

x = 8 + 2

Add those numbers and you get

x = 10
