6 to 18 would be 6/18 in fraction form (the 6 over the 18) and to find the fraction as a repeating decimal you would divide 6÷18 which would be 0.3333333333

Answer:

0.3333

Explanation:

There were 6 girls and 18 boys in Mrs. Johnson’s math class.

Number of girls = 6

number of boys = 18

To write the ratio of number of girls to the number of boys we make a fraction

(girls)/(boys)

Replace the number in the fraction and simplify

(6)/(18)

Divide both top and bottom of the fraction by 6

(1)/(3)

Repeating decimal of
(1)/(3) is 0.3333
