XY= √((21-(-3))^2+(-6-(-6))^2) = √((21+3)^2+(12-12)^2) = \\ = √(24^2+0) = √(24^2) =24 \\ YZ= √((21-21)^2+(4-(-6))^2) = √(0^2+(4+6)^2) = √(10^2) =10 \\ XZ= √((21-(-3))^2+(4-(-6))^2) = √((21+3)^2+(4+6)^2) = \\ =√(24^2+10^2) = √(576+100) = √(676) =26 \\ \\ P=XY+YZ+XZ=24+26+10=60
