(2)/(3)((x)/(2)-2)=(4)/(3)((x)/(3)+2)

Let's start clearing the value of x

\begin{gathered} 2((x)/(2)-2)=3\cdot(4)/(3)((x)/(3)+2) \\ 2((x)/(2)-2)=4((x)/(3)+2) \end{gathered}

Now we are going to multiply to open the parenthesis

\begin{gathered} 2\cdot(x)/(2)-2\cdot2=4\cdot(x)/(3)+4\cdot2 \\ x-4=(4x)/(3)+8 \\ (4x)/(3)-x=-4-8 \\ (x)/(3)=-12 \\ x=-12\cdot3 \\ x=-36 \end{gathered}
