sue stacked one box onto another the bottom box had height of 2 1/3 top had 3 2/3 feet how tall were the stacked boxes

Ok this is just a simple addition problem. 2/3+1/3=3/3 or 1 and 2+3+1=6 so your answer is 6 hope i helped if you need anymore help please contact me.

Height of boxes = 6 feet

Height of boxes = H₁ + H₂

Height of first box,


H_1=2(1)/(3)=(2* 3+1)/(3)=(7)/(3)

Height of second box,


H_2=3(2)/(3)=(3* 3+2)/(3)=(11)/(3)

Height of boxes = H₁ + H₂


=(7)/(3)+(11)/(3)=(18)/(3)=6\\

Height of boxes = 6 feet
