The impact that the Supreme Court's decision had on race relations in the United States was c) It struck down "separate but equal" because facilities for blacks were not equal with those for whites. The facilities for blacks which were not as good for blacks as they were for whites were actually causing more segregation, because whites were receiving a better version of something the blacks were receiving.
