8x−7y−(3−6y)
Distribute the Negative Sign:
=8x−7y+−1(3−6y)
=8x+−7y+(−1)(3)+−1(−6y)
=8x+−7y+−3+6y
Combine Like Terms:
=8x+−7y+−3+6y
=(8x)+(−7y+6y)+(−3)
=8x−y−3
