Order of Operations is a very important math concept to understand. Order of Operations is a set of math rules that tell you which math operations like addition or multiplication to do first. If you always follow the rules that go along with Order of Operations, you will always get the same answer. They are 4 rules.

First: Parentheses and Brackets

Next: Exponents

Then: Multiplication and Division

Last: Addition and Subtraction
