If angle adc=134 and adb=5x+4 and bdc=7x-2 what does angle bdc measure

The Two angles add to 90 degrees.
3x-10+x+8=90
4x-2=90
4x=92
x=23 degrees. substitute it into the angles
the first angle is 59 degrees
the second angle is 31 degrees.
