Since food is the main source of energy the human body utilizes to facilitate all kinds of bodily functions, eating a healthy, well-balanced diet is the key to achieving optimum daily nutrition and a well-functioning body. Combined with other positive lifestyle changes such as maintaining adequate physical activity and sufficient sleep, eating a variety of healthy foods can help propagate a fit body condition and reduce a person’s risk for all types of diseases.

Drinking juice and eating lean protein would only give you certain nutrients and some fat is necessary to a healthy diet. Eating a variety of healthy food would insure proper nutrition.
