Benjamin Franklin aided and braced the right to freedom to speech. He even claimed that, “Without freedom of thought there can be no such thing as wisdom, and no such thing as public liberty without freedom of speech, which is the right of every man ...” He insisted that knowledge and speech could be an opportune for every individual since they can be and will be informed. Communication is the key to protect one’s right, to speak out. He found his way and deal the obstacles pertaining to freedom of speech to its existence in the constitution as the First Amendment.
