According to triangular law of vector addition, if two vectors represents two sides of the triangle then the third one will represent the resultant vector.

From the given options, option (B) represent the resultant vector as R=A+B, because the two vectors represent the two sides and the resultant vector is third side of the triangle with the appropriate direction.
