The Taj Mahal was a distinctly Islamic structure, and specifically in the style of Mughal architecture, and its features demonstrate an Islamic influence. One characteristic is the "onion"-shape dome, which is also common in Russia now, but one could argue that Russian architecture adopted it after the Mungol invasion- so the structure is inherently Mughal/islamic
