1 hour = 3,600 seconds .
1 km = 1,000 meters
So 22 km/hr = (22,000/3,600) = 6.111... meters/second
To reach that speed with acceleration of 0.2 m/s², it will take
(6.111... m/s) / (0.2 m/s²) = (30 and 5/9) seconds
=
0.509 minute
