85+c/4=99
85+1/4c=99
1/4c+85=99
Subtract 85 from both sides.
1/4c+85−85=99−85
1/4c=14
Multiply both sides by 4.
4*(1/4c)=(4)*(14)
c=56

85 + c/4 = 99
Subtract 85 from each side: c/4 = 14
Multiply each side by 4 :
c = 56
