To find this, change 15/8 into a decimal.  This would equal 1 7/8. Since 1 is already less than 3, there is no point in looking at the fractions.  Park B is closer to Jamie's house.

Park B is closer to Jamie.s house because 15/8 is 1.7 miles away from Jamie's house.
