so regrouping
the teacher doesn't want
14 and 0.1
she wants something to take the decimals apart and whole numbers exg
10.2 +3.9=10+0.2+3+0.9=10+3+0.2+0.9=13+1.1=14.1
some examples are
1.2+12.9
2.4+11.7
3.7+10.4
...
