solve for a.

(8z−9)(8z+9)=az2−b

Flip the equation.

az2−b=64z2−81

Add b to both sides.

az2−b+b=64z2−81+b

az2=64z2+b−81

Divide both sides by z^2.

\bold{ (az^2)/(z^2) = (64z^2 + b - 81)/(z^2)} \\ \\ a = \pmb{ \boxed{\boxed{\boxed{(64z^2 + b - 81)/(z^2) }}}}
