The correct answer is b. Store.  A store is not residential, as it serves storage and exchange of goods (for Money). All the other options ARE residential : people live in them.

The correct answer is letter B: store.

Duplexes, apartments and a single-family house are all examples of residential use of private land because people will probably live in these places, making them a residence.

Stores are used for commercial interests, hence can't be considered a residence.
