You can quit smoking by just not smoking. Think about the bad effects of smoking and keep in mind that smoking reduces your life by 7 minutes (even though 7 minutes isn't a lot, people usually smoke a pack a day, which is 20, this would be 2 hours of your life gone). Smoking causes: cancer, heart attack, strokes, bad breath, rotten teeth, and a lot of other problems. To overcome an addiction you can chew gum with nicotine and slowly start to stop/
