\log_(b)(x^y)=y\log_b(x) \\ \log_a(x)= (\log_b(x))/(\log_b(a)) \\ \\ 3(5^x)=48 \\ (3(5^x))/(3) =(48)/(3) \\ 5^x=16 \\ 5^x=16\\ x=\log_516 \\ x=\log_5(2^4) \\ x=4\log_52\\ x= (4\log2)/(\log5)
