The slope of the line is

m=(-3--4)/(-6--3)=(1)/(-3)

And now we find the y-intercept and to do that we use the point (-3, -4):

-4=-(1)/(3)(-3)+b
-4=1+b
b=-5

Hence, the equation of the line is

y=-(1)/(3)x-5
