As given by the question

There are given that the Jordan has 4/5 as many DVDs as Joseph.

Now,

According to the question, if Jordan has 56 DVDs

Then,

(4)/(5)=(56)/(x)

So,

\begin{gathered} (4)/(5)=(56)/(x) \\ 4x=56*5 \\ x=(56*5)/(4) \\ x=14*5 \\ x=70 \end{gathered}

Hence, Joseph has 70 DVDs.
