An explicit indicator is a word that refers to something explicitly, so not implicitly stated. In order to judge this a context is needed, but I think that the best answer is d: when you use this words you refer explicitly to the cause or reason:
I am here since you called me: the reason is explicit.
You called me; I am here: the reason in implicit.
