Answer:

y=2/3x+13/3

Explanation:

Use Point-Slope form:

(y-y_1)=m(x-x_1)

y-5=2/3(x-1)

Distribute 2/3:

y-5=2/3x-2/3

Add 5:

y=2/3x+13/3
