For the equation to be equal it should have a slope of -3
a is part of the equation of the second line.b. is not part because x-3y=-3 -3y=-x-3 y= 1/3x+1 so it is not part of the equation of the second linec is part because y= -3x-6
d. is part because 6x+2y=2 2y=-6x+2 y= (-6x+2)/2 y=-3x+1

So yor answer is B.
