doing this problem mentally
7 days= 1week
1 year= 52 week
estimate
50 x 4= 200
closest would be 180 pounds

A year has a little more than 52 weeks, so we need to multiply the amount they eat in a week by 52, let's make it 50 to make it easier:

3.5*50=35*5=150+25=175, which is about 180, so the correct answer is b. 180.
