So,

(4)/(x) + (2x)/(x - 1) + (x + 3)/(2x)

Look at all three denominators.

x, x - 1, 2x

Factor them completely.

(x), (x - 1), (2)(x)

Putting them together, we would get the following:

(2)(x)(x-1)\ or\ 2x^2 - 2x
