The area of any rectangle = (length) x (width)

One dimension is (6x + 4).
The other dimension is (2x+11).

Write the dimensions in place of "length" and "width".

Area of the rectangle = (6x + 4) (2x+ 11) .

If you need to write it without parentheses, simply multiply the dimensions:
(Surely, being in high school math, you know how to do that.)

Area = 12x² + 74x + 44
