1 hour = 60 minutes
60 minutes ⇒ 60/9 mile = 6.667 miles
1 mile ⇒ 103 cal
6.667 miles ⇒ 6.667(103) cal = 686.667 cal
1 cal ⇒ 4.184 joules
686.667 cal ⇒ 2873.0133 joules
Watts = joules/time in seconds
60 minutes = 3600 seconds
W = 2873.0133/3600 ≈
