Okay so I'm trying to find the volume of a sphere with the radius of 3/4k. When I cube 3/4 do I only cube the top number?

No, you cube all of the numerator and denominator. This is because when you cube anything you do the number multiplied by the number 3 times. So you do the same with fractions.
