Not only that, It also is a good source of vitamin C , A, E, K, B6, magnesium, phosphorus and dietary fiber. It is low on saturated fat.

The protein's amount is increased as well. Salsa is a good source of protein as it contains 4 grams of it. Aside from being a good source of protein, salsa is also a good source of vitamins A, C, K, E, B6, phosphorus, dietary fiber, and magnesium. It has low content of saturated fat.
