Here's the equation:
0 = 60 x gallons - 420
In order to get how many gallons you need to make 0$ in profit, you need to:
1) Divide 420
÷60
2) 420
÷60=7
3) Plug it in: 0 = 60 x 7 - 420
4) Does it work? Yes.
5) Therefore, the answer is 7.
