What are the coordinates of of the point that would divide the segment with endpoints from p1(2,8) to p2(7,3) into two segments with a ratio of 4:1

FYI this point is going to be 4/5 of the way from p1 to p2.
(or, 1/5 of the way from p2 to p1)
This means that the horizontal and vertical distance to that point from p2 is also going to be 1/5 of the way.
p2(7,3) --> p1(2,8)
x changes by -5, so we're just going to have it change by -1
y changes by +5, so we change by 1 to get to our point.
