12P5 means to do a permutation, or nPr, where n is the total number of options and r is the options wanted. All you have to do is plug it in to your calculator and you get 95,040.
If you'd like to do the work, here's how:

(12!)/((12-5)!) \\ (12!)/(7!) \\ (479001600)/(5040) \\ 95,040

Hope this helps!
