Lactose is a disaccharide sugar derived from galactose and glucose found in milk. Being lactose intolerant means that you are not able to digest Lactose a sugar found in milk and many other diary products due to lactase deficiency. So the answer is C.) Low fat cheese cake with raspberries. You would be able to digest the fruit but not the cake.
