y=mx+b \\ (x,y):point \\ m:slope \\ b:y-intercept \\ \\ y= (4)/(5)x+1 \\ \\ (y-y_1)=m(x-x_1) \\ (x_1,y_1):point \\ m:slope \\ \\ (y-1)= (4)/(5)(x-0)
