1 hour is 60 minutes so first you would multiply 60 times 15 and that equals 900 so then you have the number of minutes she read so you take 1,200 and divide it by 900 which equals 1 1/3 pages per minute

1.3 pages first you take 15 * by 60 because 60 min. in one hour and then divide 1200 by 900 you get 1.3
